We all need to REST and make time to slow down the pace of our busy life on a regular basis. The one thing I hear most often is “I don’t have enough time”. When we live our life rushing from one thing to another, our nervous system never slows down. Resting is critical to how our mind and body heal to remain healthy and vibrant.

As we approach the Fall Equinox (an equal balance of day and night, where the sun and moon are in perfect alignment with one another), it’s an opportune time to remember, celebrate and give thanks for all our blessings and personal achievements, and we value and honor the abundance in our life and the changes before us.
In this 75-minute practice we will embrace and transition into the rhythm of Autumn by practicing grounding, meditative movements and relaxation to support our physical and emotional wellbeing. When given ample time to slow down long enough, you can feel into and listen to what your body needs.
Come back home to yourself (your essence) and feel a sense of familiarity and comfort here.
