Join Cathy for these free, monthly restorative sessions right from the comfort of your own home. Enjoy a practice that creates the space for you to slow down from the noisy distractions in your everyday life so you can rest peacefully without feeling guilty. You are not only caring for yourself physically, but emotionally too.

If you suffer from sleepless nights, chronic pain, anxiety, overwhelm or just want to slow down and need someone to help guide you there, restorative yoga and yoga Nidra are for you.

Backed by science - this is a practice to heal the body, mind and soul.

When you incorporate restorative yoga and yoga Nidra into your life on a regular basis you begin to feel like yourself more and more.

  • you are more responsive and less reactive,

  • more grateful and less frustrated,

  • more open and less closed off,

  • allowing you to enjoy your life rather than feeling like your life is controlling you.

Everyone is welcome. All you need is a comfy small space on the floor, a few home-style yoga props like pillows and blankets, optional to complete the experience might be your favorite cup of tea and an eye pillow if you have one.

It’s free, it’s at home and it’s completely for you. Treat yourself to some self-love and nourishing rest.

Learn what rest is and why it’s the foundational remedy for worn-out women suffering from a rest-deficit. Sleep and rest are not the same thing, although many of us confuse the two. Living a life that is rooted in rest is so much more than a good night’s sleep. It’s the vital ingredient for women to live in harmony with their natural rhythms, seasons and transitions.

Rest should equal restoration.

Your cozy experience will include: best rest practices, how resting-to-thrive in 7 key areas of your life will change everything. Enjoy restorative yoga, yoga Nidra, time to pause, journal (optional), sip tea & connect with others. Dress comfy, bring your favorite mug, an extra blanket and journal (optional).
