Attuned to your individual needs, private yoga and rest sessions (either 1:1 or with a small group) incorporate the powerful benefits of yoga, rest, breath work, and mindfulness to support you on your health journey, where ever you are being led and called to go.

This practice is designed to offer you the space to rest into your body, heart and spirit and move you forward. On the mat, you'll experience a sense of presence and awareness that may shift and transform with each session, providing the foundation to reconnect with your authentic self.

  • Thursdays, yin at 5:30-6:30pm

  • Sundays for R&R:

    Relax and Restore with R&R classes once a month this Winter and Spring. 2/9, 3/9, 4/6, 5/18. Take this time to relax in long held restorative poses supported with props, then rest deeply into yoga Nidra, a yogic nap that rebalances and restores your energy. Leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Take 20!

Bring yoga and mindfulness virtually to your workplace. No need to change into β€œyoga clothes” and roll out a mat. You just need to show up just as you are with a chair and a desk. Take a 20-min. yoga desk/rest break during your workday and feel refreshed, focused, rested and ready to move on with your day. Unwind and break the cycle from your daily workday habits. Weekly, monthly and seasonal offerings, including wellness workshops and group coaching.
