Awaken

Awaken is an invitation to gain clarity and see what it’s like to work with Cathy as your 1:1 coach and guide. This may be all that you need to find your way. Or, you may decide you want more and together we’ll find a program to meet you where you are.

  • Before committing to one of Cathy’s 1:1 programs, it’s important that you feel comfortable .

    This 90-minute consultation gives you the space to share your story—what’s led you here and why you’re seeking guidance at this time in your life.

    A short Rested Path* practice.

    Closing conversation to help guide you on your next steps.

Three Month Package

Reset

You already know what it feels like to make healthy lifestyle choices but maybe you’ve stumbled on a road block that’s put you off-course and you found yourself in a new “season” of life that you weren’t prepared for and need support. This 3-MONTH program walks you back home to your intuitive sense of self with the integrity it deserves.

    • One (90-minute) Awareness Session to discuss where you are, your health issues, your dreams, intentions and aspirations.

    • 60-minute health coaching sessions (2x a month) up to 3 months.

    • All sessions include the The Rested Path™ framework to embody and practice as a piece of our work together.

    • Restorative yoga and breathwork.

    • Post session follow ups to make recommendations and provide supporting materials to keep you on track.

    • Handouts, book recommendations, practices between sessions, all supporting and related to your health & wellness goals.

    • A one time add-on to support your wellness goals and progress. TBD.

  • Three, 60-minute sessions (2x a month for three months). Does not include the 90-min. Awaken Session.

    Monthly meetings in Zoom.

Welcome. I’m Cathy, your guide and mentor to vibrant wholeness.

Whether I’m supporting one client, a movement class full of different bodies, or a group of women who gather together for a collective purpose, I use the same embodied principles of holistic health, yoga, nature and daily rest practices designed to connect us back to our wild feminine nature and to what matters most.

My work’s purpose and joy are elevated when I’m holding space for all women to be in relationship with and reclaim their power and the lost and forgotten parts of themselves.

I am ready to help you re-orient yourself back on your path to find lasting, lifelong ways of living for your vibrant wholeness and wellbeing.

FAQs

  • if you need to experience what working with me is like and have a couple of questions, schedule a complementary discovery call and we can answer these for you. Or, schedule a 90-minute Awaken session where you’ll have an opportunity to share, in depth, your reasons why you are seeking support, do a short coaching practice with me and I can give you some guidance to explore more if you would like to proceed.

  • 60-75 minutes. I always provide a little extra time for you to feel complete.

  • It is important for you to have time between sessions to absorb the lessons of each session and practice and implement them into your life.

    You are committed to doing the work between to support your goals and rest practices.

  • Zoom is the preferred way I work with clients.

    I offer a block of time on certain days that I can meet in-person, if you live close-by.

    Zoom is effective and personal if you have a comfortable and safe space in your home to speak freely and also lay down to do rest practices. It minimizes travel time and you have access to my services if you live far away.

  • Start with a complementary 20-minute call if you have a couple of questions.

    Schedule a 90-minute Awaken session if you need to experience what working with me is like. You’ll have an opportunity to share, in depth, your reasons why you are seeking support and I can give you some guidance to explore more if you would like to proceed with a 3 or 6 month program.

  • Rest is the foundation that supports all that you build on top of it.

    When you live your life rested, you experience being more in tune with the rhythm and tone of your body, your voice and how your actions.

    I include The Rested Path™ framework as part of the core principles in my coaching to allow you the space for making sound decisions and and choices that meet you right whre you are.
