Your body is a reflection of your lifestyle. In order to get to the root cause of anything, we have to look at our lifestyle as a whole.  My approach to working with clients is with a focus on “the whole person” not just one part or challenge. Everything is connected; emotionally and physically. When we look at our life with this lens, map out a plan that considers nutrition, tension and stress, relationships, sleep hygiene, physical activity, career and purpose in life, we uncover the layers that are holding us back from authentic wholeness.  Patience, Curiosity and Commitment are the three pillars that will light the way home for you.  

Making yourself a priority may not feel natural, and possibly overwhelming, because you have placed everyone else first for most of your life.

Everything you do now is for your future self.

My RESTED Story

What led me to step into the world of integrative holistic health, yoga, rest? If you can’t tell already, I’m super passionate about wellness. It all started with yoga as a way to stretch and be more flexible.  The subtle beauty of yoga began to speak and show up in every aspect of my life and how I wanted to live. When I stepped on my mat, I knew that this practice was making a difference. What I didn’t expect, was how powerful the practice was off my mat. Not only was I physically stronger and flexible, I was emotionally and mentally stronger and flexible. When I learn to let go of what is not working, I am able to pause, be still, breathe, and move mindfully through the world, back to my body’s home, where I always feel vibrant, spacious and alive in all areas that are my life. It was from this place that I was guided to continue my journey, open a new book and write a new chapter. Weaving these all together to create a lifestyle that includes whole-person wellness and vitality is what I want to offer to you.

I am dedicated to providing space and time, to listen with curiosity and to be your guide while you lead and discover your truth, strengths and Return back to the light of your true essence. 

Focusing on resting into your personal power, Wellness Together was created for you. If you don’t feel good, you don’t live well.  I truly want to empower you to love and “heal” yourself with the holistic practices of looking at your lifestyle as a whole and not separate pieces that need to be fixed.  Women we are not broken, we are just living in a system that feels unsustainable. True and lasting wellness starts with looking internally, listening to what you hear and trusting yourself to know what feels right for you.  

I’m an integrative health coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher, rest coach facilitator and yoga nidra guide in training, and a lifelong, passionate, learner. With a balanced menu of harmonious lifestyle changes, nutrition, rest, and yoga practices, I guide not only myself, but my clients to be intuitive, to listen to their body and find the truth in their story as they find their way back to their authenticity to reignite the flame in their heart and reconnect to their joy and vitality. When you can be at ease and stop identifying with what is holding you back, listen internally rather than constantly searching externally for the answers, new discoveries are made, new doors will open to bring new opportunities for transformation. When you remain open to the process you raise your emotional frequency. With each incremental lifestyle change, you will feel a shift in your mood and energy. This new energy will motivate and empower you to keep moving in the right direction. 

Always remember that balance and harmony are a manifestation of how we nurture our life on all levels.

I whole-heartedly believe that there is a tremendous impact on whole-health and well-being when you nourish and integrate the physical and emotional aspects of life.
