Whether I’m supporting one client, a movement class full of different bodies, or a group of women who gather together for a collective purpose, I use the same embodied principles of holistic health, yoga, nature and daily rest practices designed to connect us back to our wild nature and what matters most.
My work’s purpose and joy are elevated when I’m holding space for women to be in relationship with and recover the lost and forgotten parts of themselves.
I am ready to help you re-orient yourself back on your path to find lasting, lifelong solutions for your vibrant wholeness and wellbeing.
my story
“May you live the kind of life you imagine for yourself,”
was the message I was receiving.
“Waking up” in midlife pushed me to step away from my conventional 9-5. I had been living on autopilot, caught in the hustle, feeling a deep, persistent longing for something more. Productivity and busyness kept me disconnected from my body, heart, and spirit. I craved breaks just to escape, promising myself I’d bring those moments of peace back with me into daily life—yet chaos always pulled me back in and those feelings of connecting with myself slipped away.
This way of living drained me. Only when I truly paused and rested did I realize how much of my creative, passionate, and instinctive self had faded. Resting wasn’t just a break—it was an awakening. It pulled me from my head into my heart, showing me what my body truly needed. I stopped searching outside myself for answers and let go of the belief that I had to keep pushing to feel whole and accepted.
Slowing down felt unfamiliar, but it transformed everything—my relationships, sense of purpose, and overall well-being. I learned to embrace what nourished me and release what didn’t.
Many women share this struggle, feeling lost, exhausted, and unsure of their purpose. As I recognized my own patterns of unrest, I heard the same from others: "Something's missing." This is my invitation to you—stop outsourcing your energy and worth. When you allow yourself to embrace and experience rested-stillness, your soul’s wisdom speaks, guiding you back to your power, your truth, and your wholeness.

True freedom is having the presence and awareness to know when to pause.
I’ve changed the way I approach being a guide and mentor as a health coach for the women I serve. I wouldn’t be doing my job if I did not teach rest as a core practice in all that I offer. Rest supports healing the body physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. With rest you discover your truth and what matters to you most, you reclaim your voice and are able to set the boundaries needed to care for yourself.
Your vision and intentions for personal growth and well-being are unique, rest is the essential, holistic remedy that meets you where you are, opening the gates to being present, awake and aware.

Quiet moments before dawn with a cup of coffee. This is when I read, journal and practice yoga nidra.
Nature is another large part of where I gather inspiration. Whether I’m gardening, taking long walks or hugging a tree, the change of seasons remind me how much her lessons align with my core values; patience, simplicity, freedom and connection. I only need to step outside to tap into inspiration.
I have bookshelves full of books. They provide me comfort and knowledge when I need it most.
