About the teacher
Cathy is dedicated to transforming lives both individually and collectively. With over 25 years in education, she knows the demands of a stressful work environment and the toll it takes on our health when we don’t take the time to take care of ourselves on a regular basis. This led her to lean into her desire to create programs to support people to live a healthy lifestyle and know that it is possible to take care of yourself while you still take care of others. She is passionate about creating holistic workshops and wellness programs that blend mindfulness and yoga together, either in-person or virtually, to busy employees, whether you sit at your desk or stand on the production line.
Her personalized yoga, mindfulness classes and workshops are tailored and themed specifically to the culture of a variety of business environments. As well as personalized 1:1 and small group coaching. Allowing everyone access.
Holding certifications from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, Office Yoga Certified, along with continuously learning, growing and advancing her expertise in health, wellness and yoga to deliver up-to-date wellness solutions.
Passionate about making wellness accessible for all, Cathy also hosts events and retreats, teaches yoga and coaches 1:1 clients, empowering individuals to adopt sustainable healthy habits in all areas of life with tools and resources that fit individual lifestyle and wellness goals.
Outside of work, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being in nature as much as possible, reading, cooking and embodying the balanced lifestyle she advocates.
