SEEKING BALANCE

Do you sometimes feel like you’re made up of separate parts?

how you breathe *

The human body is always working to maintain homeostasis. In its attempt to maintain this equilibrium, a variety of processes must work together as everything is connected. This looks different for everyone. Someone might have an issue with their diet, someone with less energy than usual, someone may be experiencing a recent life change that has change the course of their self-care routine.

However, if one area is out of balance, the body may overcompensate, causing yet another imbalance, and so on. Over time, these can lead to major health concerns. The good news is you can help support your body in its attempt to maintain balance. You can get yourself back on track! Once you’re aware of the factors you’re exposed to that may affect your health, you can look for ways to support balance and facilitate healing.

Here are three areas in which imbalances are likely to manifest:

Genetic Predisposition: Family health conditions.
Environmental Factors:
What you are exposed to.
Lifestyle Factors:
how you live your life.

Does this sound familiar? “I am too busy right now to put my self-care on my endless list of things to do. I don’t have time”.
