Wake up and spend two minutes in a mindful state, saying loving affirmations to yourself.
Look at the hearts in the image and say each word to yourself right now and then every day you wake up and go to bed!
Smile just for the fun of it, even if no one else is around.
Do something loving for someone else, and notice how your heart feels.
Think positively loving towards everything and life will show up for you in positively loving ways. Why not at least try.
