As an integrative health and wellness coach and yoga teacher, I am dedicated and passionate about holding space for women to be together for their personal and collective well-being. My role is to support myself and the women I work with to reconnect with the parts of themselves that often become lost and overlooked amidst the busyness of our lives, distractions, over-scheduled, caretaking, transitions in life and sometimes loss.

By prioritizing rest as the foundation that everything else is built to live a life of meaning and purpose, I provide a safe space for women to honor their own individual needs alongside those of others.

Adelynrood Retreat and Conference Center sits on 14-acres, nestled in nature, and provides a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful gardens, trails and tranquility. Just 45 minutes north of Boston and minutes from historic Newburport and the Plum Island beaches. This hidden gem is waiting for you.
This two night retreat includes all meals, snacks and beverages. All diets are accommodated. You may stay after check out to enjoy the grounds and facility.
$895 pp Single Room - All Inclusive

$840 pp Double Room - All Inclusive ($1,680 must be paid in full at time of registration by the person registering) for a double occupancy room. Roommates will not be provided by Adelynrood or Wellness Together.

FAQs

No experience doing yoga is required. This retreat will be providing slow sequencing, embodied restorative, and yin. Also, there will be yoga Nidra daily to enjoy feeling rested.
Yes, all your props will be provided, but feel free to bring what you have.
Yes, feel free to stay after check out or you might want to book another night on your own.
Yes, dietary restrictions and preferences are accommodated. Allergies will also be accommodateed and discussed before your arrival to be sure you are safe and enjoy the meals. For serious allergies, snacks may need to be provided by yourself.
A detailed packing list will be provided before event.
Unfortunately this retreat is is a full weekend and is only for those who can stay overnight to experience the benefits of community and connection that is built upon over the entire weekend experience.
Yes, all bathrooms are shared, BUT, there are PLENTY of them on each floor and hallway. You never have to wait and may use any of the bathrooms on any floor.
Yes, if you are not able to use the stairs, there is an elevator available.
There are outlets in all the rooms. You need to bring your device chargers.
There WiFi.
There is no air conditioning in the guest rooms. Adelynrood provides fans in every room for your use.
Yes, you and I will work this out upon registration.
No, unfortunately, I need to reserve and pay for this weekend in advance for the number of participants and cannot provide refunds.
If I need to cancel for any unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 reg. fee that the venue charges.
